AgentRank Terms of Service
Effective date: August 14, 2026
The service
AgentRank is a Shopify application that analyzes a merchant's product catalog for AI-assistant visibility, recommends and applies structured data with the merchant's approval, and reports the traffic that AI assistants send to the store. By installing or using AgentRank, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps and grant the requested permissions for that store. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs through your connected accounts.
Merchant approval and content
AI-generated suggestions are proposals. AgentRank does not publish product changes to your storefront without your review and approval. You are responsible for the product data you choose to publish and for ensuring it is accurate and lawful.
Optional Google connection
If you connect Google Analytics and Search Console, you authorize AgentRank to read the reporting data of the properties you select, in order to display your own traffic and search-performance metrics inside the App. This access is read-only and can be disconnected at any time. Your use of Google services also remains subject to Google's own terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access data that does not belong to your store, interfering with the service, or using the App to violate Shopify's or Google's policies or any applicable law.
Fees and plans
Paid plans and usage limits are billed through Shopify's billing system and are described in the App and on the Shopify App Store listing. Changing or uninstalling your plan is done through Shopify.
Availability and changes
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may modify these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using AgentRank at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. On uninstall, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
